Precision CNC Aluminum Swashplate - BLADE 300X

The Precision CNC Aluminum Swashplate is specifically designed and optimized for weight, rigidity, stability, durability and overall performance on the Blade 300 X helicopter.

The new upgrade product is machined with precise CNC tolerances from Aluminum material to gain the best precision together with stainless steel anti-rotation pin, stainless steel ball linkages to prevent wear and tear for long time use. It is a direct-replacement of the stock plastic components.

In addition, the high quality selected radial bearing is utilized to minimize any unwanted slops and plays between upper cup and lower cup. With a perfect combination of Aluminum and Delrin material, Microheli center ball withstands high friction, keeps increase accuracy, durability and anti abrasion; completely different from the stock plastic swashplate utilizing brass/molded plastic center ball. The Precision CNC Aluminum Swashplate tilts linearly and precisely which produces the most accurate and fast cyclic response and cyclic power.

The Precision CNC Aluminum Swashplate is thin profile, more tilt angle increase than the stock swashplate (only 21 degrees) and all optimized for weight only 8.63g (2.31g lighter than stock swashplate).
